Located adjacent to the airport on a 5-acre property, this impressive mixed-use development offers a luxurious living experience. The site features a 300-key 5-star hotel, serviced apartments, managed residences, an office tower, and retail mall, catering to the needs of the residents and visitors alike. The development includes several levels of dedicated car parks, recreational and entertainment facilities, and other essential amenities. Careful consideration has been given to the ingress and egress points, ensuring easy access to and from the premises for residents and guests.

The gross area of the project spans approximately 2.0 million square feet, making it an iconic project of significant scale. The site’s proximity to the airport and the height restriction of 150’, coupled with a high FAR, was the major design challenge, however the AD team managed the massing and form configuration, through a careful selection of material, interpolation of visual elements and geometrical manipulation to create a visually appealing development plan.

One of the most attractive aspects of this development is a seasonal water channel that elegantly bifurcates the site. The water channel and the surrounding area have been suitably landscaped to create a tranquil, serene zone that serves as a buffer between the two project components, providing valuable outdoor space for residents and visitors.

The hotel façade is a masterpiece in its own right, featuring unique floor-to-roof curtain wall details that increase translucency and create visual connectivity with the surrounding areas. This distinctive design creates a clear distinction between the hotel and the more subtle residential components of the project, making it a true standout in the area.
