The project’s thematic design scheme centers around a Villa Community offering residential products of varying sizes (150, 225 and 300 sqyds) and is accentuated with a host of key amenities, parks & open spaces, a mosque, community center, and supporting commercial facilities.

The villas exhibit a modern, contemporary design aesthetic characterized by clean building forms that provide maximum space efficiency. To complement the local hot climate, a neutral color palette was selected for both interior and exterior finishes. Additionally, subtle references to Bahawalpur’s rich heritage were seamlessly incorporated into the design, including the use of screen details and local stones, used as accents in the façade details.
