PROJECT DESCRIPTION

MGH Riviera, which is part of the overall Mangla Resort Community Development, comprises an exclusive residential enclave featuring clusters of elegantly designed walk-up apartments arranged around a central artificial lake. The project transforms this green valley site into a premium development with high-end waterfront properties that will become a perfect retreat for second home buyers.

Nestled between Precinct 2 and Precinct 3, Rivera valley features a rolling terrain with significant variance in levels. The project embraces the unique features of the site to create value addition through landscaped areas which can offer serene views and quality lifestyle recreational products. The natural drain available to the site has been used as the root for planning an Internal artificial lake which serves as the main central feature of the development. Clusters of walk-up apartments are planned around this central landscaped zone and oriented towards the lake to ensure maximum views.

The architects and planners are working closely with affiliate engineering teams to address topographic challenges on site to ensure that the natural beauty of the site is retained as much as possible without drastic infrastructure intervention that would would compromise the quality of the development and incur extraordinary costs.
