Completed in 2018, COM 3 has become a major landmark in Karachi and adds significant value to the city’s skyline. Located in one of the most affluent parts of the City, COM-3 offers a quality living environment within a gated development.  The 40-storey twin towers, signify a dynamic built form which seamlessly juxtapose the linear elements with a rounded base. Each towering mass features a staggered built form (around a central lift core) which the architects carefully articulated to emphasize the towers’ verticality and to prevent the building mass from appearing bulky or cluttered.

The mixed-use development has street-front retail spaces at podium level and two residential towers. The retail podium follows the curved geometry of the site, taking advantage of the frontage available to this project and provides user-friendly street access to prime retail areas. The double height faceted curtain wall exterior allows store visibility and an unparalleled visual retail presence that is capitalized by high-end flagship brand outlets.

The residential towers showcase premium residential units (3 to 4 bed apartments and exclusive duplex penthouses) which have been purposefully planned to ensure spaciousness, maximum daylight and natural ventilation while offering scenic views of the nearby creek and surrounding cityscape. There is a secure and private access for the residents, ample car parking and a dedicated recreational floor (with a landscaped pool deck).

The core emphasis during the planning process, was on exploring design strategies which give the inhabitants of a space the agency to redefine their lifestyle.
