Spanning over 5000 acres, the project comprises a high-class recreation resort including golf club, safari park, water park, theme park, go-carting, sports complex, cricket and hockey stadiums. Offering various residential products (villas, apartments, farm houses) and commercial precincts, all basic public amenities required for a self-contained mini-city are also catered for in the development. An exclusive golf community has also been planned on an area of about 350 acres. The overall project is planned to be developed in various phases.

Spreading over an area of about 575 acres, within the KGC masterplan, a Thematic Villa Community, comprises of clusters of villas of varying sizes, Walk-up Apartments as well as Farm Houses was also planned. The project is complemented with commercial areas along the main roads, parks, playgrounds and public amenities. LOCii also undertook Master Planning of the community as well as Architectural Design of the Villas and the Amenity Buildings planned within the development.

The Resort community was planned on a area spreading about 162 acres. The project comprises of a high-class recreation resort featuring a Branded Hotel with Managed Apartments, 18 Acre Amusement Park and a 20 Acre Water Park with Short-stay Chalets overlooking the recreational development. The enclave also features high quality residential products which include Residential Villas of varying plot sizes as well as apartments which offer spectacular views of the recreational enclave and the adjacent Golf Course. The development would be complemented with key amenities, parks/open spaces and commercial facilities.
