The large-scale project comprises 3 Residential Towers of 34 Storey each above Podium. Commercial functions and car parks have been planned at the podium levels with its top level dedicated for a landscaped recreational deck and communal facilities.

The residential towers take advantage of the available height and offer spectacular views of the adjacent Diyawanna Lake and a nearby soccer field. Exclusive Apartment Units have been carefully designed for the development keeping in perspective local cultural requirements particularly for space planning of the individual apartment units.

While each tower comprises 5 apartment units per floor, particular attention has been given to the floorplate configuration to ensure that the living spaces receive ample natural light and ventilation. Towers feature a sleek, modernistic design language that enhances the aesthetic experience of the building in order to manifest feelings of simplistic luxury.
