PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The 4.2-acre high-end mixed-use development encompasses a 300-key Hyatt Regency Hotel, Hyatt Serviced Residences, an apartment tower, a retail mall, and associated basement car parks and recreational/ancillary facilities. The project has a gross area of approximately 1.5 million square feet.
The scope of services for this project involved providing principal consultancy and project management. The architectural concept was prepared by the international architect, SRSS & Associates Pte. Ltd. The project team collaborated closely with the architect to ensure the successful execution of the design intent and the seamless integration of all project components.
